Meet Jennifer Getty
A proud lifelong resident of the Dayton area, Jennifer Getty has deep roots in the community she now serves as a dedicated legal professional.
After graduating from Centerville High School in 1993, Jennifer continued her education at the University of Dayton, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1997. While there, she was an active member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority and the Golden Key National Honor Society, already showing a passion for leadership and service.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact through the law, Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar the same year. A year later, she was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Jennifer has devoted her entire legal career to private practice, bringing experience, empathy, and a sharp legal mind to every case. She is a member of the Ohio State, Greene County, and Warren County Bar Associations. Her dedication has not gone unnoticed—she was recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers in 2010 and received the Law Day Award in 2013 for her outstanding work in Montgomery County’s Domestic Relations Court.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, grounding her busy professional life in the things that matter most.
